What's the best way to explore the Palatinate? - In hiking boots, of course! Set off to discover one of the most beautiful regions in Germany on foot. Lined by the numerous vineyards, many small paths lead through the impressive wine-growing region. For example, set off on a hike along the 100 km long "German Wine Route" hiking trail, the route of which even passes close to the hotel. From Bad Dürkheim, you can set off directly on two one-day stages to Bockenheim and St. Martin (distance approx. 23 km each).

Thanks to the perfect location of the Annaberg, surrounded by vineyards, you can reach our winery partners within a 20-25 minute walk. Our pre-designed hiking routes have their own charm and show the diversity of the Palatinate.
For each winery, you can also request free wine tastings from us - or directly from the respective winery.

Hiking route to the Pfeffingen winery

An approx. 2.1 km long hiking trail through the vineyards to the village of Pfeffingen awaits you.
