Traditionally, November through Christmas is roast goose season. This annual custom is probably due to the legendary stories about Saint Martin and the "chattering geese". To this day, the roast goose is not only a popular feast for St. Martin's Day (November 11), but has become the epitome of a cozy, high-quality meal with the family during the dark season.

The banquet in the restaurant is even more perfect: don't worry about the roast or worry about your own cooking skills. We have put together an all-round carefree goose package for all hobby cooks. We will prepare the ready-to-cook goose for you at home, including side dishes and a comprehensive description of how to prepare it.

  • Roast goose in one piece (approx. 4 kg)
  • 8 dumplings
  • approx. 800 g red apple cabbage
